Round 1 of the pilot is now closed

Thank you to every director who applied. You were offering to put your real teacher roster into a product you had never seen before, and we know what that means.

Round 1 was deliberately small so we could sit with each academy through the whole two months. That means we could not take everyone who applied, and we are sorry. If we did not get back to you, you are first in line when round 2 opens.

Round 2 opens at the end of September

The same 60-day pilot as round 1: two months on your real teacher roster, and you decide at the end whether to carry on.

·: Larger academies and international schools. Round 1 leaned single-branch. Round 2 opens to multi-branch academies and to international schools.
·: Shaped by what round 1 taught us. Between now and then we are fixing what round 1 academies actually got stuck on, rather than adding surface area.
·: We do the migration. We move your existing spreadsheet across and set up your admins with you.
·: Your data leaves with you. If you decide to stop, your roster and issued-certificate records export in full.

Pricing goes out with the round-2 invitation. Joining the list charges nothing and does not reserve a seat.
