Is teacher personal data secure?
Sensitive data such as passport numbers, ARC numbers and contact details is encrypted at rest. Routine staff screens show only whether a value exists; the actual value opens only where the work requires it, after the user re-enters their own password, and every view or change lands in the audit log.
